O G.R.C.ES.M. Filhos da Águia da Portela é uma escola de samba mirim da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, fundada em 2001, e que tem como escola mãe a G.R.E.S. Portela. Desde sua fundação, tem como valor o compromisso permanente a preservação cultural, a formação histórica e o bem estar integral dos seus sucessores, além de prezar e ter como característica o bom relacionamento com os pais e colaboradores.
Everything we do is designed to meet specific needs of the community and the individual families in need. Together, as one, we rise to protect the most vulnerable and provide for those in desperate needs of basic necessities.
This foundation has a vision of creating a better world – partnering with global and local organizations to widen our reach in releasing more families and communities from poverty.
Nosso Impacto
A agremiação participa, todos os anos do desfile oficial de escolas de samba mirins, realizado na Marquês de Sapucaí desde 2006 e, hoje, conta uma média de 900 desfilantes mirins, da faixa etária de 05 anos a 18 anos incluindo a Ala de crianças especiais. Além do desfile durante o Carnaval, a agremiação vem ao longo dos anos desenvolvendo uma série de ações de forma gratuita como Aulas de Percussão, Oficinas Pedagógicas, Oficinas de Corte e Costura além das Apresentações Musicais.
